We work with multiple global suppliers. If you ordered items from different warehouses, you may receive seperate shipments- each with its own tracking link.
Why does some items arrive faster than others?
We partner with suppliers in both the UK/EU and US/Asia. Products shipped from closer locations will arrive sooner. We clearly label estimated shipping times on checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we offer standard shipping only to ensure reliable services from all vendors. We're exploring faster options in the future!
Do I pay extra for split shipments?
Nope! Shipping costs are calculated once at checkout- you will not be charged extra if your order is delivered in more than one parcel.
Can I cancel or change my order?
